“Did you have a good birthday?” exclaims Vicky when she sees one of her regulars, Sandra, waiting in line in the pharmacy.
“Yes, it was brilliant thank you,” says Sandra. “Though I actually wanted to ask about something… I received a ‘happy birthday’ from the NHS via a call to a breast screening now that I’m 50. Is this standard or should I be worried?”
